Professional “Field” Snare Drum. This Ludwig 70s Vintage 14” X 10” Blue/Olive Badge, Blue/Silver Sparkle snare shell. It was restored with era correct Ludwig lugs, New counter hoops and tension rods. Also a new WorldMax Piston driven strainer, internal Ludwig muffler and an Inde butt plate. Doc completed the drum with a Remo Skyntone batter head, Remo Renaissance snare side head, and Black Swamp blue coated/stainless snare wires. This instrument was restored to handle music parts calling for field drum and/or a deeper sound for marches & early band/orchestra era compositions.
